 Bordeaux-Style White Blend

The first-ever vintage of Désir marks an exciting addition to our lineup — our first new white blend since introducing Oriana. This Bordeaux-style white from Red Mountain and Yakima Valley brings elegance, freshness, and structure in perfect harmony. Aromas of ripe pear, fig, and fresh herbs lead into a vibrant palate with crisp acidity and a long, clean finish.

Crafted from 66% Sémillon and 34% Sauvignon Blanc, this debut release offers a refined balance of richness and lift.

Our very first Sauvignon Blanc under the Brian Carter Cellars ONE program – featuring wines that escape Brian's passionate will to blend exceptional enough to stand on their own. This wine brings a golden hue with aromas of fresh basil, oregano, dill, and a touch of orange peel. On the palate enjoy vibrant, bright citrus and herb flavors, and just enough richness to round out the finish. Yakima Valley AVA. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 

With seductive aromas and perfect balance, the popularity of this wine keeps soaring. The 2024 vintage is aromatic, resplendent with nectarine, apricot, Honeydew melon and pear with touches of yeast and anise. Riesling – Yakima Valley

This limited release from our ONE Series showcases 100% Riesling selected from standout lots that didn’t make it into Brian’s blends because they deserved the spotlight. Bright and expressive, it opens with a golden hue and fragrant notes of green apple, citrus, and delicate floral perfume. The palate delivers vibrant acidity, clean fruit, and a slightly sweet finish with beautiful tension and lift.

Sourced entirely from the Yakima Valley AVA, this wine is crisp, refreshing, and full of character.
