Short for pétillant naturel, or "naturally sparkling," Pét-Nat is bottled while fermentation is still underway, allowing it to finish in the bottle and capture its own lively bubbles.

Made entirely from Sangiovese, our sparkling rosé opens with bright aromas of fresh strawberries and finishes deliciously dry. Serve it well chilled for patio dinners, sunny afternoons, and the last golden days of summer.
