TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• There is no fee to join our wine clubs. Members must be 21 years or older. • Wines may by picked up at our Tasting Rooms or shipped directly to you. Your account will be charged automatically prior to every release. Wines not picked up within 60 days of release will be shipped, and a shipping fee will be charged. • We ask that you remain in the club for a minimum of one year with an active and current credit card. It is your responsibility to maintain updated account info. • After one full year, memberships may be cancelled at any time, in writing, prior to the processing of the next club selection. • To ensure the quality of your wines, we reserve the right to hold shipments due to weather conditions when applicable. • Wine Club benefits are exclusive to one club member and/or their club partner. Benefits are not transferable, and a member must be present to use any club benefits, including complimentary tastings. • Referral Program: Referring member and newly referred member each receive a one-time additional 10% discount off a wine purchase. One discount per referral. Discounts cannot be applied to club allocation.
